Pearl Valley Designs is blazing a new path in the construction industry. Our Principal has deep experience and expertise leading a wide variety of construction industry projects with a specific focus on business process improvement through consulting services. We regularly consult on all facets of the construction operation and work with developers, construction managers, architects, fabricators, and installers in various aspects of the façade industry. We are a closely held corporation with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on putting our clients and projects first, with a razor sharp focus on excellence in delivery and client service.

Brandon Duvall
Brandon has worked in the building envelope industry since 1998. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with Emphasis in Operations and Manufacturing from Ball State University. He provides innate creative skills and practical construction experience in safety, preconstruction, scheduling, manufacturing, finance, and leadership of project teams. An excellent communicator with industry knowledge in design/build contracts, lump sum agreements, and hard-bid negotiating. He has been the senior manager for building facade contractors in both public and private sector projects collaborating with leading construction managers, general contractors, and architectural firms known all over the world.

Consulting
Pearl Valley Designs has a unique approach to consulting for the glazing industry. While the typical façade consultant spends time reviewing details and writing specifications for the Owner, Architect, or Construction Manager, Pearl Valley focuses on a lean technique called the 5S process. We work directly with the Glazing Contractor to review and document current processes, diagnose waste, and work on how to change it. Our background in manufacturing and installation of glazing systems allow us to have a better understanding of the process and costs associated with a glazing operation. We can consult your team on the front end of a project during preconstruction, on the back end of the project with your field crews and help address concerns, or throughout the entire operations process. From Day 1, we will go to work assessing your current approach to the market, offer immediate feedback, and work to help eliminate waste and grow profit margins. From constructability reviews to field observations and much more, our team is ready to help you bridge the gap on all of your projects.
